Kenneth R. Stettner, Member
Kenneth R. Stettner is the senior shareholder of Stettner Miller, P.C. The entirety of Ken’s career has been dedicated to assisting employer’s through the practice of management labor and employment law.
Ken has been a member of the Associated General Contractors of America Labor and Employment Law Council since 1987 and is a member of its National Executive Committee.
Ken is the Treasurer and a member of the Executive Committee of Worklaw®Netrwork. Ken is also a member of the Labor Lawyers Advisory Committee for CUE, Inc., An Organization for Positive Employee Relations.
Ken has been appointed a Special Master by the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. He has also testified as an expert witness in management labor and employment law cases. He has spoken at numerous seminars on labor law and employment subjects.
Ken received his law degree from the University of Denver College of Law in 1970. He was admitted to the Colorado Bar and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit in 1970, and the United States Supreme Court in 1980.
