Robert R. Miller, Member
Robert R. Miller is a National Executive Committee Member with the Associated General Contractors Labor and Employment Law Council and has served on the National Executive Committee of the Council since 1987. His entire career has involved the representation of management clients in labor relations matters.
Bob has testified as an expert witness in management labor and employment law cases. Bob frequently conducts seminars on labor-related subjects.
Bob received his law degree from the University of Denver College of Law in 1976. He has been admitted to the Colorado Bar and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth, Tenth and Eleventh Circuits and the United States Supreme Court.
