Susan M. Schaecher, Member
Susan M. Schaecher represents employers in labor and employment-related matters in the public and private sectors. Sue’s management labor and employment practice includes trials and appeals in state and federal courts and proceedings before state and federal administrative agencies, as well as providing advice and counsel to employers. She has lectured and written articles on employment law issues for various organizations and has served on the faculty of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy from 1997 to present. A graduate of the University of Nebraska School of Journalism and College of Law, Sue is admitted to practice before the state courts of Colorado and Nebraska, the United States District Courts of Colorado and Nebraska, the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.
